Placing an Order

Add items to your cart by clicking on the desired quantities and then proceed to check out. Don't worry, you won't be charged until we review the order.

At checkout, your order will be created as a draft for us to review. If there are any issues with the order, we'll get back to you promptly to resolve them.

Once we have reviewed and confirmed your order, we'll begin manufacturing it. This typically takes around 2-3 weeks, though some items may be available for immediate shipment while others require building. For larger orders, please allow 3-5 weeks. If there are any unexpected delays or issues, we'll contact you immediately. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to help!
Terms and Conditions
Pricing and Minimums
All finished jewelry will receive a 50% wholesale discount from marked MSRP. A customer who has purchased $5000 or more in a 12 month period will qualify for a 55% wholesale discount off marked MSRP. Pricing for custom and casting services is available only upon request, after consultation with a T.Skies Jewelry representative.
The minimum wholesale order for our T.Skies brand signature jewelry, findings, customs, casting, and silversmithing is always $250.
All items shipped directly to the customer will incur shipping charges, to be determined at the discretion of T.Skies Jewelry.
Payment
All invoices are made available via Shopify (supplementary PDF invoices are available upon request, for our customer’s records). First time orders must be paid in full before merchandise is put into production. Reorders will be charged upon completion of merchandise production. If payment is not clear, the wholesale customer will have 30 days to provide new payment information. If no new payment information is received within this time, the invoice will be canceled.
If a wholesale customer has ordered more than $5,000 within any given twelve month period, the wholesale customer may receive an additional 2% discount with payment via check or ACH, on a case-by-case basis.
Net 30 terms will only be available upon approval, at the discretion of T.Skies Jewelry. Net 30 terms will not be offered to first-time wholesale customer accounts.
FOB Shipping
All domestic orders ship via Freight on Buyer, USPS, unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping is charged in addition to merchandise charges and according to current applicable USPS rates. International orders ship via USPS, and minimum shipping fee is $45 charged in addition to merchandise charges. All merchandise ships from Albuquerque, NM. T.Skies Jewelry is not liable for merchandise once order is picked up by USPS, except as detailed under “Returns.” Pick up is available only to customers located in the state of New Mexico.
Returns
Wholesale customers must inspect each shipment and notify T.Skies Jewelry in writing of any damages or defective merchandise within Forty-Eight (48) hours of receipt of shipment. After such time, all products will be considered accepted. Returns of properly reported damaged merchandise may be made within 14 days of the arrival of the order and packaged according to instructions provided by T.Skies Jewelry. Returned items received after 14 days will not be accepted or result in replacement merchandise. Properly returned items will be replaced with new merchandise. Wholesale items will not be returned or exchanged except as described under this provision. Returns are not available for pickup orders.
Repairs
Repairs of merchandise will be handled solely on a case-by-case basis, in T.Skies Jewelry’s sole discretion. If a customer has a question or repair regarding a T.Skies Jewelry product, which is not due to improper handling or packaging by wholesale account, wholesale account may provide their customer with the contact information for T.Skies Jewelry. Wholesale accounts should not provide any representations to a customer as to the services T.Skies Jewelry may provide to customers.
T.Skies Brand MSRP & MAP
T.Skies Jewelry’s products marked with T.Skies brand hallmark should be sold at their manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP), as provided in T.Skies Jewelry’s Wholesale Catalog. However, if wholesale customers wish to place products for discount, they agree that such discount shall not be lower than T.Skies Jewelry’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) as provided in T.Skies Jewelry’s Wholesale Catalog.
Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Wholesale customer agrees to keep all wholesale pricing, terms, and conditions confidential. Wholesale pricing, terms, and conditions should not be published or discussed with any third party by wholesale customer, or any of its owners, employees, contractors, and/or assigns under any circumstance.
All intellectual property related to T.Skies Jewelry and T.Skies Jewelry products shall remain the sole ownership of T.Skies Jewelry, and these terms do not contemplate any transfer or licensing of intellectual property.
International Orders
International orders are only accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if interested.
Account Termination
Both parties reserve the right to terminate wholesale account at any time, for any reason. If T.Skies Jewelry terminates a wholesale account whose account has a pending, paid order, T.Skies Jewelry may, at its discretion, issue a refund of up to 50% upon account termination. If wholesale customer terminates account while an order is pending, T.Skies Jewelry reserves the right to cancel said order and, if applicable, issue a refund of up to 50%, at T.Skies Jewelry’s sole discretion.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions, and all orders placed with T.Skies Jewelry shall be subject to the laws of New Mexico, USA, and the jurisdiction of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
